Job summary

An established industry player in children's services is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join their Early Help Team. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of UK experience in a children's social work setting and an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care. As a Support Worker, you will undertake parenting assessments, provide family interventions, and collaborate with various professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children and families. Job Description

Support Worker, Family Resources Worker, Derbyshire Council, Children's Early Help Team - Must be a Support Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Support Worker experience within a Children's Social Work team.

The responsibilities will include:

  1. Undertake parenting assessments
  2. Family intervention
  3. Liaise appropriately with colleagues and other professionals
  4. 35 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)
  5. Immediate Start
  6. 3 Month Temporary Contract

The successful candidate will need to hold an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, have a current CRB, and be a car driver.
