About the Role:

As our Operations Technician, you will provide labour and specific skills to support all aspects of the business. This is a hands-on role, and no two days will be the same. From building a stage to carrying out routine maintenance of buildings and equipment, this role is vital to ensuring we give our guests the ultimate experience when they visit us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up halls, rooms, and the Arena to meet business requirements
  • Assist in constructing temporary and permanent seating
  • Construct staging systems for various events
  • Rigging in P&J Live Halls and suites, once trained and authorized
  • Building shell schemes and bespoke stands on and off-site
  • Operating forklifts, access platforms, and scaffolding with proper certification
  • Ensuring all operational equipment is PAT tested and safe
  • Meeting service requirements for ongoing and large-scale events
We are looking for someone with:
  • Experience in a similar role/business - Essential
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
  • Customer service focus
