Real Estate Solicitor - Salisbury

We are excited to be assisting this L500 listed real estate team in their recruitment for a real estate solicitor. This large real estate team is based in Salisbury and is part of a wider commercial law firm.

On behalf of private and business clients, you will be working on real estate matters including sales, purchases, and short and long-term leases of varying value. Your caseload will include some high net worth and ultra high net worth values.

Ideally, you will have around 4 years PQE and a solid background in property law. Agricultural and rural experience would be an advantage.

You will be an integral member of the property team, effectively the number two, supporting the partner. You will also play an active part in business development and supervision of more junior members of the team.
