What we are looking for
Reporting to the Senior Ticketing and Retail Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the retail operation over the week of Royal Ascot.
We have 5 shops on site over Royal Ascot, two in the Royal Enclosure and one per enclosure in the Queen Anne, Windsor and Village Enclosures respectively.
This is a temporary role from Thursday 12 June to Friday 27 June 2025 to cover the final few days of preparation and training, as well as the break down of the temporary shops after the event.
The hours are generally 09:00 - 17:00, with the exception of the event days which would see extended hours from Tuesday 17 June to Saturday 21 June. These days the hours are dependent on requirements but could see starts around 07:00 or finishes around 21:00 due to access restrictions to some of our stock areas.
You must be available for all the dates and times above.
The pay rate for this role is £20.91 per hour inclusive of holiday pay.
