A Hampshire law firm has a new opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Development Solicitor to join their Real Estate Property department working closely with Property Development matters.

The work involves handling commercial property sales, purchases, new builds, and site acquisitions. The role requires advising on all aspects of development agreements, landlord & tenant issues, title, leases, and planning.

This opportunity will suit a Commercial Property or Real Estate Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE and offers a solid career opportunity within a supportive and forward-thinking department, providing excellent quality and variety in relation to the work handled.

Salary to £65,000
