Experience as a Pipefitter Welder

PIPEFITTER WELDER

RCM has been retained by a well-established privately owned mechanical contractor based in Leicester to source a skilled Pipefitter Welder to join their team. This company specialises in high-quality mechanical installations across a range of commercial and industrial projects and is looking for a reliable and experienced professional to support their growing workload.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Fabricate, install, and weld black steel pipework using MMA welding techniques.
Carry out TIG welding on stainless steel pipework to a high standard.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise pipework installations.
Cut, prepare, and fit pipes to meet project requirements.
Work as part of a team to complete on-site mechanical installations.
Ensure all welding and pipefitting work meets industry regulations and quality standards.
Conduct quality checks and rectify any welding defects.

Requirements:

Experience as a Pipefitter Welder.
Expertise in MMA welding and TIG welding. Coded advantageous.
Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
