Chartered Residential Surveyors – Multiple Patches – Property Services Group – Unrivalled OTE

Working on top tier panel, prime, in-house and specialist lender instructions, they are truly raising the bar in terms of earning potential, workflow security /quality and work-life balance.

Having fulfilled their immediate needs in the South East, they are now looking to hire across the North West and West as follows:

• LEEDS
• ESSEX
• BRISTOL
• SOUTH WALES

In each of these locations, you can expect the following:

• £55-65k basic
• 5 point average expectation, with bonuses paid at 40% after an extremely low threshold
