Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Enterprise Systems Developer with excellent integration experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level systems, with specific experience in Boomi integration, IFS, Dayforce, and ProFinda. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business and clients' needs.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise systems, applications, and Boomi integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations and data flows.
• Collaborate with project team members and business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements, documenting them in technical specifications.
• Plan and implement new deployments and outages.
• Create documentation for support, analysis, technical design, coding, configuration, testing, and processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with enterprise systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.
• Assist with system upgrades, ensuring changes do not regress existing functionalities.
• Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and performant.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Perform regular upgrades, patches, and add new features to improve systems.
• Participate in service reviews to maintain quality standards.
• Mentor and guide other developers and IT team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Corporate IT department.

Person Specification

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, and data mapping.
• Experience with XML, JSON, and SQL data formats.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, or Python programming languages.
• Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience with SaaS systems development and maintenance.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Experience with Boomi, IFS, Dayforce, and ProFinda; training can be provided.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Oracle Certified Professional) are advantageous.
