The postholder will have local responsibility for the co-ordination, provision, and management of postgraduate general practice training activities within the Cornwall GP training programme.

The role may expand in the future and may also involve some wider regional work.

This role is for 4 sessions / 16 hours per week, involving overseeing placement and recruitment issues, developing wider placements, and supporting GP expansion capacity.

The role involves delivering and overseeing projects to support doctors in training and educators, including induction, one-to-one support, small group work, and acting as an escalation point.
