Location: Private Household, Mayfair W1 (with occasional travel with the family - UK and abroad)

Household: 2 adults, 2 children (ages 5 & 8)

Overview:

A very private family is seeking an exceptional Private Chef to oversee their household food and beverage operations. This is a unique opportunity for a talented chef who excels in a client-facing role and possesses a passion for creating exquisite culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and present breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the family, ensuring all meals meet dietary requirements (gluten-free and nut-free options).
2. Develop a weekly meal plan that reflects the family’s preference for British and Mediterranean cuisine, incorporating seasonal ingredients.
3. Create visually stunning dishes with an emphasis on presentation and creativity.
4. Coordinate and prepare meals for entertaining guests, which may include up to 14 people for special occasions.
5. Adapt to last-minute requests and changes with professionalism and flexibility, ensuring all meals are delivered to the highest standard.
6. Collaborate with the family to accommodate any specific tastes, dietary restrictions, or preferences.
7. Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a private chef in a similar high-end culinary role.
2. Expertise in British and Mediterranean cuisine, with a strong understanding of dietary requirements.
3. Exceptional culinary presentation skills and creativity in menu development.
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
