QED Legal is working on an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Associate to join a well-established and top tier law firm in Rayleigh, Essex.

The role is a Private Client Solicitor role which offers really good structure for progression and development in a large and successful team. The role will involve managing a caseload of a wide range of areas, including Wills and estate planning, Powers of Attorney, probate and estate administration, personal taxation, Trusts and Trust administration, with a supervisory element to the position.

The ideal candidate must:

  • Have +4 years post-qualifying experience in the relevant area of practice
  • Be experienced with handling a caseload including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and Capital Gains Tax.
  • A private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE would be ideal, or working towards it.
