Field Veterinary Adviser

Field Veterinary Adviser – North (12 Month FTC)

Due to a period of maternity leave, an opportunity has arisen for a field-based veterinary adviser to join our team on a 12 month fixed-term contract from May 2025.

About the Role:

As valued members of our field sales team the role of a field veterinary advisor is to:

  1. Deliver excellence in customer service providing technical support to animal health professionals and users of our products
  2. Work collaboratively with our field sales team to successfully increase product usage at practice level, drive sales growth and increase market shares by providing scientific and technical support to the sales process
  3. Support our marketing team in the creation of marketing strategies and communications
  4. Inspire confidence in the quality of our products by meticulously executing our pharmacovigilance procedures

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 60% of working time spent in the field supporting territory managers and building relationships with veterinary practices.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role would be:

  1. A confident veterinary surgeon with clinical experience in companion animal or ideally mixed practice
  2. Commercially aware with the drive to succeed in a highly competitive environment
  3. A real people person – you’ll be an excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships easily
  4. Ideally located in the north of England within easy reach of the motorway network
