Hays is pleased to be working with a specialist legal firm in South Norfolk who are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Team Leader.

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for the training, development, and management of the Client Care Team. Your duties will include managing absences, ensuring work is completed in a timely manner, handling referrals, and allocating tasks within your team. You will collaborate closely with senior management by providing feedback on team performance to monitor progression opportunities. Overall, you will oversee the daily management of the team.
