You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behavior should come naturally. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and maintaining eye contact are essential.
