Our VW Technicians earn approximately £44,000 on average, with top performers earning upwards of OTE £48,000.

Your responsibilities include:

• Communicating effectively: Ensuring customers are well taken care of, explaining diagnostics and repairs clearly, and providing excellent service.
• Being proactive: Managing your workload independently, completing paperwork accurately, and taking ownership of your tasks.
• Problem-solving: Using your technical skills to resolve issues, whether warranty-related or roadside breakdowns, helping customers resume their journeys.

What will I be doing?

You will repair vehicles roadside or undertake warranty repairs on an appointment basis, ensuring customer satisfaction. We offer comprehensive training including EV and HV, along with a two-week induction for both AA and VW.

What do I need?

You’ll need:

• NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of working on VWG brands or similar vehicles.
• A full category B driving license with 6 points or less.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
