Estimator - Steelwork

We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator - Steelwork to join our client’s well-established and successful Steelwork Engineering business in Stoke on Trent. This full-time, office-based role is ideal for an Estimator looking to contribute to a variety of structural and secondary steelwork projects within a supportive and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review drawings and specifications for incoming enquiries.
2. Work on structural and secondary steelwork projects, ensuring accurate pricing and estimation.
3. Perform material take-offs and allocate times/costs for the full project scope.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Estimator in the steelwork industry.
2. Ability to perform take-offs for structural steel or secondary steel (training on company-specific standards provided).
3. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
4. Must reside within a commutable distance of Stoke on Trent (this is an office-based role).
