About Our Client

Our client is a well-established and highly-regarded entity in the FMCG sector looking for a Personal Assistant based in Wednesbury to support 4 key directors in the business as well as covering Reception.

Job Description

  1. Effectively manage the Senior leadership teams' calendars, ensuring commitments are met and conflicts are resolved.
  2. Anticipate and prioritise meetings, deadlines and events to optimise time.
  3. Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations and transportation for both business and personal trips.
  4. Provide pre-trip briefings and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.
  5. Assist with personal tasks and arrangements and handling personal correspondence.
  6. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling personal matters.
  7. Act as a liaison between the Senior Leadership Team and internal/external stakeholders, conveying messages accurately and promptly.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  9. Occasionally greet visitors and seat them.
  10. Answer telephone calls and redirect them accordingly.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Proven experience as a personal assistant or senior administrator.
  2. Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  3. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  4. Proficiency in data entry with a keen attention to detail.
  5. High level of discretion.
  6. Competence in using Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for daily tasks.
  7. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong clerical skills.
  8. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  9. Can commute to Wednesbury.
