Salary

£11.58 per hour, for a 38-hour workweek, with an enhanced rate for weekends and bank holidays.

Applications are invited for the position of Buildings Cleaner to support the maintenance of Carlisle Depot. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules are completed to high standards. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of the Depot, including the workshop, pits, parking area, offices, toilets, and surrounding areas.

The role requires energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting management targets. Previous cleaning experience, especially in an engineering workplace, is beneficial.
