Staff Nurse – Pre-Assessment

Location: Woking Hospital | Department: Nursing | Type: Bank | Ad hoc: Includes weekend work

Salary: Up to £21.00 per hour, depending on experience

As a Staff Nurse in our hospital, you’ll be attentive, focused, detail-oriented, and empathetic. You’re registered with the appropriate governing body, such as the NMC, and you bring relevant qualifications and experience. With post-registration experience, you’re a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.

As a Pre-Assessment Staff Nurse, you will:

• Be part of a close-knit team delivering matron-led care in a consultant-led service
• Work with leading professionals to make accurate assessments for patients prior to surgery
• Demonstrate broad knowledge and assessment skills to ensure quality patient care
• Understand and support the needs of each patient and their family
• Offer comfort and reassurance, maintaining high standards of care
• Build your experience across new practices, equipment, and facilities
• Collaborate with practitioners in other areas to ensure continuity of care
