Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with over seven miles of sandy beaches, the area offers opportunities for a healthy work/life balance. The towns of Poole, Bournemouth, and Christchurch are nearby, with easy access to London.

We value diversity and strive to create an inclusive, welcoming, and productive workplace. We encourage applications from underrepresented community groups and support various staff networks and schemes such as Disability Confident and Armed Forces Covenant.
