Your Playbook:

Key Focus Areas:

  • Drive sustainable growth through smart sales, pricing, and advertising strategies
  • Use data analytics to optimize listings, pricing, and promotional efforts
  • Identify and pitch high-potential product expansion opportunities
  • Revive and maintain legacy products for profitability and relevance
  • Manage inventory effectively to meet demand, reduce fees, and keep costs low

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales and marketplace data weekly to refine strategies
  • Manage PPC campaigns and keyword optimization to increase visibility and conversions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and scale operations
  • Optimize listings, test pricing strategies, and refine ads for maximum profitability
  • Monitor trends, analyze competitors, and brainstorm growth initiatives
  • Create SOPs and processes to ensure category efficiency
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Increase net profit by 20% YoY
  • Achieve sales targets for 80% of new launches within 6 months
