Join Our Site Operations, Site Services Team as a Reception, Telephony and Administration Partner!

Please note that this is a part time opportunity (20hrs per week)!

Morning shift: 8:30-12:30

Your Opportunity

As a Site Operations Partner you will serve as the first point of contact, oversee entry to the building, greet visitors, and employees warmly, ensuring good first impressions of the company.

You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Manage authorised access to the building and assist visitors and staff with self-check-in procedures.

  • Operation of the Roche Welwyn switchboard, prioritising and efficiently vetting calls while maintaining a thorough knowledge of the business structure.

  • Provide administrative support, interdepartmental cover, take opportunities to join departmental projects and complete ad-hoc project tasks.

  • Create and manage Purchase Ordering for Site Operations, track spending, resolve discrepancies, and create new vendor accounts.

  • Maintain stocks of reception consumables to prevent delays in reception tasks.

  • Adhere to local policies and procedures, review and update processes. Demonstrate compliance accountability, maintain high ethical standards, attend required training, prioritise compliance, and report non-compliance promptly.
