Assistant Manager Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in Hospitality
  • The Right to Work in the UK
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for staff development and upskilling
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Innovative, trustworthy, and impartial
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high level of guest experience consistently across every shift
  • Take overall responsibility for food and beverage operations
  • Achieve KPIs and performance metrics for the financial success of the business
  • Handle HR responsibilities including recruitment and staff development
  • Manage stock controls
  • Drive business growth through delivering consistent guest experiences
  • Open and close the business as required

As our Assistant Manager, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You'll be actively involved on the floor, managing the day-to-day operations while supporting the General Manager. You'll need to take ownership of problems and uphold the mantra of ‘always doing the right thing,’ thinking outside the box when necessary.
