Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Operative, you will:

  • Load and Unload Vehicles: Efficiently manage the loading and unloading of goods.
  • Stock Management: Accurately check and book stock in and out, ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards.
  • Operate Machinery: Safely and competently use mechanical handling equipment and safety devices in line with company protocols and HSE guidelines.
  • Safety Checks: Conduct safety inspections on forklift trucks and batteries, promptly reporting defects to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Pick & Pack: Handle picking and packing operations with accuracy and efficiency.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Valid Counterbalance Licence and Forklift Licence.
  • Awareness of workplace hazards and safety protocols.
  • Proficient in using computers and relevant systems.
Experience
  • A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
  • Proven ability to adapt to a rapidly growing and dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across all organisational levels.
