Responsibilities within your new role as a Junior Sous Chef

As the Junior Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef and overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations. You will collaborate closely with the Head Chef to ensure efficient management and execution of daily tasks, while also supervising the kitchen staff to maintain smooth and effective operations.
