About the role:

This school is seeking an experienced and highly organised School Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the school. This pivotal role ensures the smooth functioning of the office, supporting staff, students, and parents while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the daily operations of the school office, ensuring an efficient administrative service.
  2. Supervise office staff, delegating tasks and providing leadership.
  3. Oversee admissions, attendance, and data management systems.
  4. Maintain and update school records, including staff and student information.
  5. Handle correspondence, scheduling, and communication with parents, staff, and external agencies.
  6. Manage financial administration, including budgets, invoices, and procurement.
  7. Support HR processes, including budgets, invoices, and procurement.
  8. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies.

Skills and Experience:

  1. Previous experience in school administration or office management.
