Job Description

We are recruiting for a SRM Analyst with a competitive base salary.

You will support our Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) function, helping us achieve commercial excellence and operational resilience. This role offers a great opportunity to collaborate across teams, develop your skills, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the implementation of SRM policies, procedures, and tools
  • Promoting best practices through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing
  • Developing SRM capabilities by maintaining learning resources and tools
  • Enhancing communication between SRM teams and stakeholders
  • Coordinating strategic meetings and knowledge-sharing events
  • Providing operational support for SRM activities and projects
  • Ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting
  • Contributing to continuous improvement within the SRM function

Qualifications

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Understanding of SRM and third-party risk management principles
  • Experience in supplier management, procurement advisory, or center of excellence roles
  • Ability to build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Awareness of financial services regulatory environment
  • Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in procurement or supplier management
