Job description

Our independent client is looking for an experienced (Part time) Sales Progressor to join their busy team, based in Colchester CO3. The role will be offering a professional service to clients, vendors, buyers and solicitors covering all legal aspects within property sales.


The successful candidate will be responsible for progressing a pipeline of Property sales. Therefore, they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary, and have an excellent level of customer service skills.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Have the ability to demonstrate a track record of Progressing Property sales
  2. Be fully conversant with current regulation/legislation and processes surrounding Property Sales
  3. Striving to exceed individual targets
  4. Liaising with Solicitors on all legal Property sale matters
  5. Striving to exceed customer expectations
  6. Handling complaints and providing solutions
  7. Maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policies
  8. Ensuring compliance
  9. Supporting the team
  10. Liaising with Estate agents, Buyers and vendor clients
  11. Registering buyers
  12. Booking in viewings

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
  1. Previous experience in property sales progression is essential for this role as the successful individual will be responsible for the immediate management of a pipeline of residential property sales
  2. Experience in dealing with all aspects of a Property transaction
  3. It is highly desirable that candidates have intermediate computer literacy
  4. Experience of Property sales software packages would be useful
  5. Professional qualifications would be an advantage but not a necessity
  6. Be able to manage their own workload
  7. Excellent communication skills

The hours will be: Monday, Wednesday & Friday or flexible days, with hours to be discussed. Salary range will be: between £22,000pa to £23,000pa Basic salary £30,000 OTE Pro rata, 28 days holiday pa including bank holidays also pro rata.
