Engineering Site Manager Responsibilities & Requirements

• Proven experience within an FMCG environment
• Developing and leading shift engineers through mentoring, appraisals and overall performance management
• A consistent focus on the effective direction of the team ensuring the delivery of proactive, planned-preventative maintenance ensuring equipment and general operation can meet targets and demand
• Supporting the introduction of new equipment as part of a continued drive for innovation
• Through effective direction of the team, efficient reactive maintenance to ensure minimal machine downtime
• Forward thinking and positive in approach
• Must have strong communication skills
• Collaborative working as a focus across various departments
• Hands-on approach and able to lead from the front
