An award-winning refurbishment company is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The role is available due to continued growth and winning a number of new contracts.

The company specializes in high-end shop refurbishments across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed cost plans and estimates
2. Monitor project costs and identify potential cost savings
3. Manage variations and claims
4. Prepare and submit interim and final accounts
5. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
6. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions

About You:

1. Proven experience in quantity surveying, with a strong focus on refurbishment projects
2. Strong knowledge of construction contracts
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
