Technical Team Lead - Hybrid/Borehamwood/Horsham - Permanent - Competitive Salary, DOE

Leading IT Consultancy with offices in the UK and Europe (Netherlands, Belgium, and Switzerland) is looking to recruit a permanent Technical Team Lead. We deliver a range of services including IT Consultancy, Software Project Development, and Infrastructure/Application Support Services for our corporate clients across various domains such as Insurance, Banking, Pharma, Retail, FMCG, Automotive, Logistics & Leasing, Publishing, and Charity (including UN organizations).

The Technical Team Lead role will be based 2 days per week in one of our offices (Horsham/Borehamwood).

As OCS is part of an Employee Ownership Trust, after a qualifying period, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's future vision and share in the profits.

Key Requirements include:

1. Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Technical Team Lead - mandatory
2. Essential Tech Stack: Tableau, .Net, SQL, advanced Database skills - mandatory
3. Experience in technical leadership/support of a software team - mandatory
4. Experience working in an IT services-based company
5. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
6. Self-starting attitude essential for success
7. Flexibility and an open-minded approach to work with a 'can do' attitude
8. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
