Job description

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Strategic Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team.

This is a pivotal role that blends executive support, project coordination, and strategic business enablement - ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to make an impact across a growing organization.

Your impact
  1. Collaborate closely with the MD and Sales Leadership Team, coordinating key meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring follow-ups on strategic actions.
  2. Build and maintain confidential reports, agreements, and business-critical documents with high attention to detail.
  3. Support strategic initiatives led by the MD and HR, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
  4. Organise executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics to ensure seamless daily operations for senior leadership.
  5. Act as a communication bridge with internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and ensuring accurate dissemination of information.
Who you are
  • You have proven experience supporting senior leadership in strategic or executive assistant roles, ideally in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • You're detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.
  • You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and can build strong relationships across business units.
  • You are confident working with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and modern collaboration platforms.
  • (Nice to have) You hold a degree in Business Administration, HR, or a similar field.
  • (Nice to have) You have experience in HR or corporate strategy support.
