Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Civils Runner to join our team in Manchester. The primary responsibility of this role will be to assist in the transportation of materials to various work sites and provide support to our construction teams. With potential of working on sites as and when required and training passed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transporting materials and equipment to designated work sites.
  • Assisting construction teams with loading and unloading materials as needed.
  • Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of vehicles and equipment.
  • Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks.
  • Performing general maintenance tasks as required.
  • Assisting Teams on site if supervised until qualifications achieved.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
  • Salary £28,571 per annum.
