Looking to join a growing team as an Architectural Technologist? This team established their Nottingham office two years ago and are now looking to expand.

Location:

Nottingham

They are a dynamic, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, with expertise across commercial, health, education, defence, residential, and more. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join our Nottingham office.

In this role, you’ll manage and coordinate a multi-disciplinary design team, deliver technical solutions, and oversee projects in defence, secure infrastructure, and aviation sectors. You’ll be involved in all stages of design, from conception to completion, ensuring project delivery aligns with client expectations and quality standards.

What You’ll Do
  1. Manage the design team and oversee project timelines
  2. Prepare and coordinate technical design packages
  3. Produce working drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
  4. Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver integrated solutions
  5. Provide technical input for sustainability assessments and building regulations
  6. Contribute to marketing, client presentations, and new business acquisition
What We’re Looking For
  1. Degree in Architectural Technology
  2. MCIAT membership or working towards it
  3. Experience with AutoCAD & Revit
  4. Experience in the Defence sector is a plus
  5. A proactive, client-focused approach to project delivery
