About the role

As an Optometrist with us, you'll be providing excellent customer and patient care. Working alongside the Practice Manager, Optical Teams, and Clinical Governance Optometrists, you’ll create a culture where everyone is passionate about doing the right thing.

• Using your passion for delivering patient care, you'll work with colleagues to deliver a positive customer journey.
• Bringing your vibrant personality into the day-to-day running of the practice – working with your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Building longstanding relationships – not only with colleagues and customers but with healthcare professionals in the local community.

What you’ll need to have

• Fully qualified / soon to be GOC registered Optometrist.
• Additional registration with the relevant NHS body.
• Fluent speaking English.
• Passion for patient care.

Need To Know

We are looking for an Optometrist to join us based out of our Colchester, Lion Walk store, ideally on a full-time basis. However, we understand flexibility is important to maintain a good work/life balance; therefore, we would also consider part-time hours.

We are offering a competitive salary plus a quarterly performance bonus of up to £1,200. A relocation package may also be available.

You will be joining a fantastic team of 14, including our Assistant Manager with 23 years of experience. We also have 1 part-time DO working 3 days a week.

Parking is £3.99 a day at the NCP car park.
