• The successful candidate will assist in the effective and efficient management of the Home on a day-to-day basis, maintaining good standards of professional practice as required by relevant authorities, while working within a Christian ethos.
• In the absence of senior staff, the Senior Care Assistant will exercise responsibility for all aspects of the operation of the Home and interact with relatives and professionals.

The Home provides care for 35 residents with varying levels of dependency. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for older people or individuals with disabilities.
