You will work in a newly renovated, stunning property that has been redeveloped over recent years at a cost of millions. Your responsibilities will include providing food for staff and hospitality events, working with fresh and seasonal ingredients, and contributing to menu development. The cuisine will range from bowl food, street food, to Michelin-style dishes.

Sous Chef Highlights:
  • Salary: £40,000 per annum
  • Overtime paid
  • Monday – Friday, daytime hours
