Job description

At Gather & Gather, we are recognized as one of the UK & Ireland's most distinctive catering experts. We are passionate about great food, excellent coffee, and prioritizing our employees and customers in everything we do. We are currently recruiting for a Group Executive Chef to oversee our Stadia and Venues estate. This role involves working across sites in London, Southampton, Charlton, Watford, and Peterborough.

Location: Flexible, with travel to London, Southampton, Charlton, Watford, and Peterborough required
Rate of pay: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum + excellent benefits
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, with a 5 over 7 shift pattern based on business needs

As Group Executive Chef, you will lead all culinary activities, ensuring top-quality offerings, menu development, and high-level training for our chefs across client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver projects to enhance culinary excellence in collaboration with our executive chefs
2. Support and develop food offerings across the business
3. Develop, test, and validate new recipes in line with our culinary team
4. Build rapport with other chefs, sharing ideas, innovation, and best practices
5. Lead food-related initiatives for new client projects
6. Provide guidance and expertise to chefs and operators, promoting quality of life and a positive work environment aligned with our mission and values
7. Motivate and lead a high-performing culinary team to meet objectives and strategic goals
8. Support new business opportunities where applicable
