What We're Looking For:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
2. Proven experience teaching Year 11 through A-Level English Language & Literature
3. In-depth knowledge of GCSE and A-Level English curriculums
4. Excellent lesson planning & differentiation skills to engage students at all levels
5. Strong classroom management with effective behaviour strategies
6. Passion for English and a dedication to fostering academic excellence
7. A commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
8. An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
