Job Description:

Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Resource Analyst to work for an awesome company based in Portsmouth.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 1or 2 days a week attending the office.

Duties include:

  • Update resource plan – based on PSA data and inputs from Practice management, Project Managers, Resourcing & Recruitment and HR
  • Input and update resource demand in PSA (Changepoint) for forecasted opportunities based on data within CRM (Salesforce)
  • Generate and present updated resource plan for practice resourcing reviews on a regular basis
  • Make recommendations to optimise resource utilisation and improve resourcing process
  • Provide updated resource plan for Finance on a fortnightly basis, working to defined timelines

Personal requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail including ability to review, analyse and manipulate data to produce quality management reports
  • Excellent IT skills. Advanced MS Office user - Word, MS Project, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience of resource planning is essential
  • Experience of Stakeholder Management

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience

Benefits: 33 Days Holiday (including Bank Holidays), Free Parking, Company Pension Scheme, Private Health Care, Dental cover, plus much more.

This role is due to start from beginning of June 2025 and is offered as a FTC until July 2026, so little or no notice is desirable.
