We are currently recruiting for full time and part time Support Practitioners to join our busy housing support team in Dundee. An ability to be flexible and work a weekly shift pattern including; early and late shifts, sleepover and night shifts, weekends and public holidays is an essential part of the role.

About the service

Working in Housing Support you will find no two days are the same. Each household is busy with daily chores and activities but having fun and living life to the fullest is at the top of the list.

Day to day you will;

  • Support individuals in their own homes with personal care, housework, administering medication, meal preparation and companionship
  • Attend and participate in chosen activities in the community and at home
  • Promote independence and individuality according to each clients Support Plan
  • Record daily tasks and maintaining accurate up to date records
  • Liaise with families and other professionals in order to provide the best quality care
