Our offerings include long courses in English, maths, ESOL, ICT/Digital, and vocational subjects like Early Years, as well as courses for adults with learning disabilities. We also offer a broad spectrum of short community courses in arts, crafts, music, dance, exercise, fitness, and family learning, along with a supportive study programme for young people.

Our work-based learning includes Apprenticeships in areas such as Nursery Work, Teaching Assistance, Leadership/Management, and Customer Care. We also run courses for adults seeking employment via the Council’s Job Shop.

Our main base is at Southfields Old School, CV1 5EJ, with provision delivered across approximately 25 sites within Coventry, primarily in high-need areas.

We welcome applications from anyone eager to make a difference in Coventry's community. Our Values, aligned with our One Coventry ethos, emphasize diversity and inclusion, encouraging applications from minority ethnic, LGBT+, disabled, and neurodiverse communities to promote equity and respect.

Our Values include:
  • Open and fair: We are transparent and equitable.
  • Nurture and develop: We support everyone to reach their potential.
  • Engage and empower: We listen and collaborate.
  • Create and innovate: We embrace new methods to improve.
