Job Opportunity: Associate Director of Planning
Location: Glasgow, Scotland

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? A leading planning and environmental consultancy is seeking an Associate Director of Planning to join their brand-new Glasgow office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead planning processes for onshore/offshore wind and other renewable energy projects.
  2. Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring project success and compliance with regulatory standards.
  3. Provide strategic guidance on complex planning issues.
  4. Mentor and develop a growing team of planners.
  5. Stay at the forefront of planning and energy policy in Scotland and the UK.

About You:

  1. Proven experience in a Senior Town Planning role.
  2. Expert knowledge of Scotland's and the UK's planning legislation.
  3. Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  4. Business development expertise to drive growth in Scotland.
  5. Chartered Member of the RTPI.
