Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer searching for a new exciting challenge?
If the answer is yes, then look no further. Church & Dwight UK Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis.
Based at our manufacturing site in Folkestone, this role involves maintenance and repairs of production and plant equipment, while driving efficiency through continuous improvement activities and automation developments.
Multi-Skilled Engineers ensure that regular checks are completed and test plant equipment to ensure they operate within the correct specifications. Working as part of a small team, you will execute maintenance procedures, prioritize work in line with plant needs and production availability, and ensure that Health & Safety and Quality procedures are strictly followed.
This role requires working a 12-hour shift on a rotating pattern from 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am, on a 4 on 4 off schedule.
The ideal candidate must have both electrical and mechanical backgrounds, with experience working on high-speed lines in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
You should be an enthusiastic team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of staff and contractors.
