Job description

Part time 22.5 hours per week [to include Sundays]

£24,700 FTE - £15,020.27 pro rata

Location - Castle Bromwich

Job Role: Assistant Shop Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Shop Manager to work alongside the Shop Manager in our Castle Bromwich shop.

Are you self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills who thrives on challenges and opportunities? Can you assist the Shop Manager in driving sales and profits, and work closely with staff and volunteers to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service?

We seek someone who loves working with people, can lead in the absence of the Shop Manager, and inspire and empower those around them. A friendly, positive approach and the ability to energize others are essential. Do you have a creative flair to bring to the role?

You will make a real difference to young people in England by helping to raise vital funds for our frontline work.

Good communication skills, both inside and outside the shop, are important to reach out to the local community and build support for the shop.

If you are willing to work hard, have fun along the way, and support your Shop Manager to succeed, then this is the place for you!
