This position is fully remote within the United Kingdom (London Region).

Role Overview

The Sourcing Specialist will manage hotel and ground transportation procurement for our clients. Responsibilities include creating hotel market analyses, identifying industry trends, sourcing across multiple destinations, negotiating with suppliers, and tracking financial data.

Essential Functions
  • Source hotels and gather market data (names, addresses, contacts, star ratings) using internal databases and online sources.
  • Manage RFP/RFI processes via API’s RFP platform, JET, to negotiate rates, concessions, and contracts.
  • Research hotel options and record data in Salesforce.
  • Analyze market trends to secure optimal scenarios for airlines and hotel partners.
  • Create detailed destination presentations demonstrating savings and revenue goals using Microsoft and Adobe tools.
  • Coordinate hotel site inspections domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Manage crewmember feedback through our online portal, ensuring issues are addressed within SLAs.
Required Competencies
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to multitask under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details

Travel Requirements: Minimal

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, during core business hours, with some overtime.

Compensation: GBP 13.00/hour (good faith estimate).
