Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients through outbound calling, networking, and other outbound sales strategies, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals to drive revenue growth.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions demonstrating the value of our offerings.
- Accurately record all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share market feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1-2 years in B2B or B2C outbound sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Self-starter, hungry for financial rewards and commissions, demonstrating resilience and determination.
- Tech-savvy, proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
What My Client Offers
- Competitive base salary of £23-27k DOE, with an achievable OTE of up to £35k and uncapped commissions.
- Bonus up to £250 per month for the first 3 months.
