Chef de Partie positions are available at a multi million pound redeveloped hotel in the beautiful Lake District Country Park. The hotel is a busy dining venue, and the Head Chef is pushing forward to achieve 3 AA rosettes in the fine dining restaurant serving fresh, modern dishes and tasting menus, breads, ice cream, and fresh desserts. The hotel also hosts private events, weddings, conferences, Sunday lunches, and exclusive afternoon teas. As a result, these Chef de Partie roles will require you to adapt to a number of different cooking styles whilst assisting in maintaining the day-to-day management of the kitchen and the supervision of the team of 14 chefs. You will support the Head Chef in all aspects of food production, from training junior chefs to delivering customer excellence in the finished dish.
Requirements:
CVs will be considered from Chef de Parties with at least 2 years of experience working in busy kitchens serving multiple dining operations and busy banqueting operations, with a minimum of 2 Rosette experience. A Chef de Partie who has the drive and ability to push forward standards, is ambitious, and focused on ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved.
