Permanent – 37 hours per week

It’s an exciting time to be joining us. We own or manage around 7,000 homes across North Somerset, Bristol, Bath, South Gloucestershire, and Sedgemoor.

We have a diverse housing portfolio, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated property specialist to manage our full property disposals process, providing high levels of support and guidance while representing Alliance Homes in a positive, professional, and proactive manner.

You will review asset data to identify poorly performing properties and investment opportunities whilst overseeing marketing, negotiation, sales progression, and successful sales completion for disposals of individual and packaged multiple units.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively across the organisation to meet corporate goals while ensuring the highest standards of customer care are maintained. You will be responsible for maintaining an effective, accessible, organised, and up-to-date portfolio of documents related to disposals, ensuring comprehensive records are kept.

About You

With the ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex asset disposal projects with tight deadlines, you will have strong technical experience in property sales, including appraising properties and managing agents and solicitors. You will also have previous experience managing a team.

With reporting acumen and analytical skills, you can evaluate data, market conditions, and potential risks to make informed decisions.

Due to the nature of the role, a full driving license with access to your own vehicle or alternative transport is required.
