Job description

An excellent opportunity for those who have strong knowledge and experience within Asian Foods industries in the UK.

We are currently looking for a Customer Development Executive within one of the leading Asian Foods manufacturing/trading companies.

An integral role in the UK Sales team, to drive sales through increasing listing and frequency of purchase of the company’s products in the key channels of Japanese and Asian Restaurants / Asian Retailers through a combination of implementing the company’s channel strategy and developing local initiatives.

Job Description:
  1. Secure new listings with existing and new customers both in London and the wider country
  2. Agree and implement sales driving activity
  3. Introduce new products and concepts to customers
  4. Play an integral role in developing the Channel and country strategy through identifying trends, gathering and analysing data
  5. Working closely with and support colleagues in the UK and European Sales Teams
Requirements:
  1. Proven sales skills, preferably within wholesaler/FMCG industries
  2. Knowledge of the UK Food service Market
  3. Strong communication, organisational and relationship building skills
  4. Ability to organise own working schedule and self-motivation
  5. Excellent data analysis skills
  6. Outgoing personality with the ability to engage with customers
  7. Proficiency in both spoken and written English
  8. Knowledge of Japanese and/or Chinese restaurants/cuisine
  9. Full clean driving license
Conditions:
  1. Salary – £30-35,000 per annum
  2. Location – London
